I’ve been coaching calisthenics and bodyweight training for over 20 years, helping thousands of people around the world get stronger, leaner, and more confident—without a gym and without the wear and tear of heavy weights.

I've created a series of exercises and workouts to introduce you to calisthenics and bodyweight workouts. They don't require any equipment and are much more joint-friendly than barbell lifts or heavy weights.
